Jackson Aerospace, Inc. is committed to building successful relationships by providing compliant product that meets all customer, regulatory and statutory requirements. We strive daily to improve every aspect of the organization through consistent monitoring and measurement of our Quality Management System.

Quality Assurance Statement:

JAI’s quality team ensures that every part our customer receives meets their most stringent quality requirements. We ensure product conformity by effectively managing customer flow-downs, lot control and traceability. JAI’s quality management system is compliant with AS 9100D, ISO9001:2015, EN9100 and we conform to Boeing D1-4426 requirements as an authorized distributor of designated fasteners. In addition to maintaining strict compliance and conducting annually scheduled internal audits, our quality system is regularly inspected by customers and independent certification bodies to ensure compliance to our industry’s stringent quality standards.

Our quality team uses state of the art inspection tools, including automated vision inspection machines, optical comparators, toolmaker’s microscopes, and thermo XRF machines. We continually update inspection equipment to ensure that product can be tested accurately and in a timely manner.
